More About Kim Gnoinski

Kim was born in Syracuse, NY and went on to attend the University of Missouri where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences.

After graduating, Kim worked nights as a Respiratory Therapist for three years in the intensive care unit and realized she wanted to make a change while remaining in healthcare. Kim earned her Masters Degree in Physician Associate Studies in 2003 from Yale University.  After graduation, Kim moved to Boston, MA and started work as a PA at Massachusetts General Hospital, working with a renowned hand surgeon in the field.  From there, Kim moved to Philadelphia where she worked in general orthopedics and eventually landed in Kansas City and is working alongside Dr. Deardorff.

Outside of Work

Kim enjoys running, reading and red wine (on occasion!). She has transitioned her long runs to workout classes at Orangetheory Fitness and enjoys paddle boarding in the summer. Kim is also trying to improve her golf game. She is also known to have a love of cats. Her cat, Sanibel, is named after the island in Florida, a favorite place of hers!
