Your First Appointment
What to Bring
If you’ve had any testing related to your condition, such as X-rays, bring those with you or be prepared to share where the study took place. You should also be ready to discuss your medical history, including any medications you currently take. We also ask that you bring your insurance information, if applicable, to put on file.
Often, it’s helpful to have a family member or guardian with you as well, especially if there are pieces of the history they can assist with.
How It Works
We understand that visiting an orthopedic specialist can be an intimidating experience.
We will walk you through the process to help you feel informed and comfortable about your upcoming appointment.
At Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance, you should be able to find an appointment time that fits with your schedule during usual business hours.
Our goal is to make your Belton orthopedic appointment with us a smooth and efficient process to provide the best care possible.
Before your appointment:
To make your check-in process run smoothly, it is important you complete your required paperwork prior to your appointment.
If you cannot do this, please arrive 30 minutes early so you are ready to see the doctor at your appointment time.
Please have your identification and insurance information with you.
We will also require you to verify your contact information and the pharmacy you typically use for prescriptions.
