Health-related section of Kansas City Homes & Style puts physiatry into focus
C. Lan Fotopoulos, M.D., interventional physiatrist at Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics, was recently featured in a “Healthy Kansas City” special edition of Kansas City Homes & Style Magazine. The article outlined the complexities of pain and injuries that compromise mobility, as well as the benefits of physiatry. In addition, the article discussed Dr. Fotopoulos’ background in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, sports medicine, and undersea hyperbaric medicine, including his experience as lieutenant commander and diving and undersea medical officer for the U.S. Navy.
