More About Dr. Stechschulte

A native of Kansas City, Dr. Stechschulte graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School, Princeton University, and the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

After his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Washington Hospitals, Seattle, Dr. Stechschulte completed the Sports Medicine/Shoulder Surgery Fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery/Cornell University Medical College in New York City.

Dr. Stechschulte’s areas of expertise include all aspects of sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery, as well as reconstruction of the knee, shoulder and elbow. Dr. Stechschulte is currently seeing new patients, including workers’ compensation patients with knee and shoulder injuries. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
