The Kansas Self-Insurers Association (KSIA) plans to hold its annual conference on July 9 and 10 at Hotel Oldtown in Wichita, KS. Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics is a co-sponsor of the conference, which aims to keep attendees informed about workers’ compensation best practices and legal changes. By participating in these industry events, Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics stays up-to-date on all aspects of workers’ compensation in order to share knowledge and provide superior care to all on-the-job injury patients.
Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics is taking an active role in the KSIA Conference conversation as well. Dr. James Halloran, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle procedures, will be a guest speaker on July 10 at 10:20 a.m. His presentation is titled, “How to Save Money with Diagnosis and Early Treatment for Simple to Complex Ankle Injuries.”
In addition, Dawn Comer, workers’ compensation and medical-legal supervisor, will be on hand to answer attendees’ questions at the Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics booth.
