Stanley Bowling, M.D., orthopedic surgeon with Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics, will speak at Arthritis 101, a free educational program hosted by the Arthritis Foundation.
The seminar will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on September 23 in the Alex George Auditorium at St. Joseph Hospital. It is open to the public and will cover topics such as arthritis treatments, health maintenance and disease prevention. In addition to Dr. Bowling, other presenters will include Mark Box, M.D., Rheumatologist, and Jennifer Bequette, M.D., FACP, internal medicine physician.
With more than 18 years of experience as an orthopedic physician, Dr. Bowling brings in-depth experience to the topic of arthritis prevention and treatment. His primary areas of specialty involve orthopedic conditions of the knee, shoulder, and foot and ankle.
Online registration is available for anyone interested in attending the event. All participants will receive a free lunch, a stress ball and a pair of compression arthritis gloves, compliments of the Arthritis Foundation.
