Physicians in the Kansas City area again named Robert C. Gardiner, M.D., board-certified orthopedic surgeon, among the region’s “Super Doctors,” placing him in the top five percent of the metro’s active physicians. This is the tenth consecutive year that Dr. Gardiner has earned this prestigious recognition.
Fellowship-trained in joint reconstruction, Dr. Gardiner specializes in total joint replacement of the hip and knee. He joined Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics in 1992 and served as Team Physician for the Kansas City Blades hockey team from 1992 to 2001. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
