To meet the growing demand for orthopedic care in and around Kansas City, Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics is proud to announce that Scott Ellsworth, M.D., has joined the practice. As a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow conditions, Dr. Ellsworth joins nearly 20 physicians at Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics who are dedicated to delivering excellence in patient care.
Dr. Ellsworth recently returned to the Kansas City area after completing his fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to his fellowship, he earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston before completing his orthopedic surgery internship and residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Although he did not grow up in the Midwest, Dr. Ellsworth says he has long been drawn to this area because of its “good values and good people,” and he is very excited to be back in the community with his family. Learn more about Dr. Ellsworth in the video below:
