LAS VEGAS, NEV. – Several Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics physicians attended the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, held March 24-28, 2015. The AAOS meeting is an opportunity for orthopedic surgeons to attend continuing medical education (CME) events, network with colleagues, and learn about advancements and new techniques in orthopedic care.
“The AAOS Annual Meeting helps our physicians stay up-to-date in their fields so they can provide the best possible care to Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics patients,” says Jim Bloom, practice administrator.
Surgeons in attendance were: Drs. Charles E. Rhoades, Lowry Jones Jr., and Scott Wingerter. Additional educational opportunities included programs on practice management, CME courses for physicians with sub-specialty practices presented by the Board of Specialty Societies, and surgeons across the world presented on orthopedic research and advancements.
